Trowal circular vibrators are universally used for practically any
finishing application. They can be used for cutting-back, fine
finishing, polishing and generating specific finishes such as prior
to pre-plating. They are suitable either as economic "stand-alone"
machines or for integration into automated manufacturing systems.

Their scope of application ranges from aggressive de-burring and
radiusing through to high gloss polishing of delicate work pieces, i.e.
from aggressive cut-back to generating a pre-plate surface.
Versatile and powerful - The circular vibrators of
the CB range - the latest development from Trowal - are designed to
achieve top results with regard to surface finish and productivity. The
spiral bottom process channel of more than 180° allows gentle processing
combined with a high metal removal rate.
Gate clearing system - This feature ensures, that no
parts or media can be squeezed between separation flap and the bottom of
the process channel: The flap is only lowered when the gate area is
completely free of parts and media!

the model range CD have an integrated screening system consisting of
manually or pneumatically operated separation flap and a built-in
separation screen. Their main characteristics are their robust

components. Comes with optional pneumatic unload gate or
partitioned carousel.

model range CM do not have an integrated separation device. Typically
they have a flat bottom work bowl. CM vibrators are mainly used for
finishing of large and delicate components. The CM-range consists of 6
models with work bowl volumes from 110 up to 1000 liters.

Rotary paddle wheel divider - For the processing of
large, delicate parts, a rotating "paddle wheel" is available. Every
segment contains one part. This prevents part on part impingement.
